We are a pan-African real estate developer with a mission to build tremendous real estate communities while supporting local strategies combating housing shortage.
With major real estate developments, we meet housing needs of broad socio-professional categories and actively contribute to the development of real estate in partner countries.
Indeed, we are a private economic player but firmly believe that we are socially responsible, matching purpose with actions. To do this, we create engaged ecosystems of know-how transfer, which spurs the emergence of powerful local companies. There is an integrated South-South cooperation model, which aims to realize the commitments set out in the signed Agreements with different governments.
Since we launched our operations in 1988, two million people owned a home from Addoha brand. Today, with our efforts, we aim to hit the milestone of 450,000 housing units to be built by 2030.
Setting our aims high, we have established ourselves as a key partner for countries that made access to housing a top priority for their government policy.
The proof of this is the signing of agreements with the governments of Côte d’Ivoire, Senegal, Guinea Conakry and Togo. In this light, true to our commitments, we succeeded in adapting our development model by designing properties covering different segments: low-cost, affordable, mid-range and upscale properties.
Our real estate communities are boldly innovative, boasting not just strategic locations but also an original design in such way to provide a great value for the money for buyers.
Our commitment remains to develop a wide range of real estate communities and create opportunity to offer each the chance of owning a decent home without family budget being a hindrance.
“Buy your home at the price of rent” has been more than a slogan to our communities; it’s the DNA of our brand the beating heart of our endeavors. While we observed the need to remain worthy of governments’ trust, we strongly believe that by maintaining our efforts with all our partners, we will be able to tackle the issue of housing across our continent.
In Côte d’Ivoire, we signed an agreement with an initial target of 10,000 housing units, which was increased to 26,000 from 2020, in line with the government's strategy to implement the Presidential Housing Program. We chose Côte d’Ivoire as part of our expansion strategy as an investor committed to a fraternal country with robust economic fundamentals, significant growth potential and an outlook we believe in.
Indeed, we are a private economic player but we firmly believe that we are socially responsible, matching purpose with actions.
We are a regional real estate developer focusing on construction, financing and commercialization of housing communities in low-cost, affordable, mid-range and upscale segments. Since the inception of our Group Addoha, we completed the construction of 280,000 housing units and have more than 135,000 units under way. Building on our experience in real estate development and our achievements, we are a committed partner in the sense that we share our expertise and know-how. Many agreements were signed in this regard with the governments of Côte d’Ivoire, Senegal, Guinea Conakry, Ghana and Togo. In tune with these commitments, we managed to adapt our development model by designing homes for broad socio-professional categories: ambitious real estate developments that support governments’ efforts to put housing at the heart of their government policy. Beyond the unmatched value for the money, our properties boast not only great design and strategic locations but also offer return on investment for our customers.
