A delegation comprising the Moroccan Ambassador to Côte d'Ivoire, H.E. Abdelmalek Kettani, Addoha Group CEO Mr. Anass Sefrioui, Vice-CEO Ms. Kenza Sefrioui, Managing Director Mr. Anas Berrada, and the company’s guests, crossed the lagoon by boat to the new Bellevue Resort community in Lokodjro, Attécoubé commune. Arriving at the site to the rhythm of African music, they were greeted by the mayor of Attecoubé and the village chief.

 The village chief then led the libation, a local ritual in which an offering is made to the ancestors to bless the community. After an incantation that ended with "Amen", the village chief poured the contents of a glass on the ground as an offering.

Bellevue Resort, by Prestigia brand, is the latest addition to the Addoha Group's portfolio in Abidjan. The developer has already launched a number of low-cost, mid-range and affordable housing programs.
