On April 19, 2019, a group of journalists was invited to visit the highly successful affordable residential community Lagoona City in Côte d'Ivoire; it was attended by Anas Sefrioui, CEO of Addoha Group, Kenza Sefrioui, vice-CEO, Anas Berrada, managing director of Addoha Group, the Moroccan Ambassador, and several other Ivorian and Moroccan figures.

A tour of the construction sites, model apartments and sales office provided an insight into the community’s progress status. 

Once complete, Lagoona City will comprise 6,500 affordable properties of F3 and F4 types with 60 and 70 sqm surface areas: 300 apartments are currently being delivered.
