On June 18, Addoha Group was awarded the Bruno Koné Prize for "Best Pan-African Real Estate Developer" at the "FILOSES" International Forum for Low-cost, Affordable and Midrange Housing in Abidjan.

The Bruno Koné Prize, named after the current Ivorian Minister of Construction, Housing and Urbanism, is awarded by the National Chamber of Accredited Developers and Builders of Côte d’Ivoire.

This award is a recognition for the Group's ambitious development strategy in sub-Saharan Africa. 

Since 2012, Addoha has become the first real estate developer in Morocco with a significant regional footprint. Through partnership agreements, the Group has contributed its expertise to various governments' strategies for developing housing and integrated urban development projects.

The award praises the Group's commitment to aligning its efforts to eco-development, solidarity and social dimensions.
